How do earthquakes occur?
The foremost cause for the incidence of earthquakes is the collision of plates contained in the earth. There are seven plates contained in the earth which carry on rotating repeatedly. When these plates collide in some unspecified time in the future, a fault line zone is fashioned there and the corners of the floor are folded. Due to the cornering of the floor, strain builds up there and the plates begin breaking. Due to the breakdown of those plates, the power inside finds a technique to come out, on account of which the earth shakes and we think about it as an earthquake.
