On Sunday, a five-member forensic group inspected the spot. The forensic group will submit a report back to the Kanpur Police Commissioner after investigation. It is being mentioned that the forensic report may even determine the political way forward for SP MLA Irfan Solanki. Also, the forensic report will decide whether or not the sufferer’s hut was set on hearth, or whether or not the fireplace was attributable to sparks from fireworks.
