Noida: Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of Noida Authority, has been sentenced to at least one month in jail. An order for his arrest has additionally been issued. A warrant for the arrest of the CEO has been issued to the police commissioner of Gautam Budh Nagar. The District Consumer Forum has issued these orders on Saturday in a case between a plot allottee and the Development Authority, which has been occurring for nearly 18 years.
