Raipur, 24 October 2024 / On the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the convenience of citizens is being given priority due to continuous efforts of technological innovations in the state. In this series, under the instructions of Finance and Registration Minister Shri OP Choudhary, 'Sugam App' has been launched with the aim of making the registry process transparent and more convenient for the public. Through Sugam mobile app, the registration process is being made more transparent and secure in all the registration offices of Chhattisgarh. For this, a new facility has been started under the NGDRS (National Generic Document Registration System). This initiative has been taken to prevent possibilities of fraud, to make property document registration more accurate and reliable.
सुगम ऐप का उपयोग संपत्ति के तीन कोणों से फोटो अपलोड करने के लिए किया जाएगा, जिससे संपत्ति की वास्तविक भौतिक स्थिति को चिन्हांकित किया जा सके। ऐप स्वचालित रूप से संपत्ति के अक्षांश और देशांतर को कैप्चर कर एनजीडीआरएस प्रणाली के ऑनलाइन आवेदन में स्टोर कर देता है। इस तकनीक के इस्तेमाल से दस्तावेजों की पारदर्शिता और सुरक्षा में वृद्धि होगी।
सुगम ऐप अलग से कोई पंजीयन सॉफ्टवेयर नहीं है, बल्कि यह केवल संपत्ति के फोटो और उसकी अवस्थिति (अक्षांश-देशांतर) को एनजीडीआरएस सॉफ्टवेयर में कैप्चर करने के लिए तैयार किया गया है। दस्तावेज लेखक, अधिवक्ता या पक्षकार इस ऐप का उपयोग करते हुए एनजीडीआरएस प्रणाली के माध्यम से दस्तावेजों का पंजीयन पहले की तरह ही कर सकते हैं।
