    The Supreme Court has overturned the anticipatory bail for former IAS officers Anil Tuteja and Alok Shukla in the Chhattisgarh Nan scam. The ruling allows the state government to arrest the officers. The court also addressed matters related to the excise scam. The court provided the ED and the EOW with deadlines to complete their investigations. The ED was given three months, and the EOW was given two months to conclude their probes. The court emphasized that pending cases should be resolved promptly.
