  • JJP allies with Azad’s party for Haryana polls

    The Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) on Tuesday announced that it has entered into an alliance with Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) of Chandrashekhar Azad, its fourth ally since its inception in 2019. As per the agreement, JJP will contest on 70 seats while ASP (Kanshi Ram) on 20.

    With JatsDalits voting as one block in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls and their combined vote share accounting to more than 45%, all the main players in Haryana politics, including the Congress and Indian National Lok Dal, are looking to woo this section.

    These two communities Jats with 25% vote share and SCs with 21% backed the Congress in 2024 polls and increased its tally from zero in the 2019 elections to five seats in 2024. Abhay Chautalaled INLD has also announced its alliance. with Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP).

    Bijnor. Azad Samaj Party chief Chandrashekhar Ravan has been elected MP from Nagina seat of Uttar Pradesh by registering a historic victory in the Lok Sabha elections. After which the party has issued a new order. Now permission will have to be taken from the party high command to meet Chandrashekhar Ravan. If anyone goes to meet him without permission, action will be taken against him.

    Actually, Azad Samaj Party’s national president Chandrashekhar Ravan has been elected as MP from Nagina Lok Sabha seat. After which people from different places are coming to meet him. On which the party people say that any worker or officer who wants to meet him, will have to first take permission from the top leadership of the party. If someone comes to meet him without permission, then it will be considered in the category of indiscipline.

    It is worth noting that Azad Samaj Party chief Chandrashekhar Ravan has won from Nagina seat in the Lok Sabha elections. He got a total of 5,12,552 votes. BJP candidate Om Kumar got 3,61,079 votes. Samajwadi Party candidate Manoj Kumar got 102374 votes. Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Surendra Pal got 13,272 votes.
