She completed all three difficult activities in just seven hours and 22 minutes while the cutoff was eight hours and 30 minutes.

    Pawan is as good in studies as she is in sports. She takes NEET coaching for eight hours. Her mother is a teacher and she has a younger brother. Her goal is to become a doctor.

    Naiduniya Representative, Jabalpur. Madhya Pradesh Medical University has postponed the exam date of the first year of nursing courses of session 2021-22 by about a month and a quarter. This exam will now be conducted in September. The university has released the revised schedule of the exam. On July 29, the High Court has given instructions to include students of ineligible nursing colleges in the examination as well. Under this order, pre-examination enrollment is to be issued to the students of the concerned colleges.

    To complete the process, the university has postponed the question papers proposed from 6 August. Now the examination will be held next month on the new date. Earlier, it was announced that the examination of first year post basic B.Sc. Nursing will be held from 6 August, B.Sc. Nursing from 8 August and M.Sc. Nursing from 18 August.

    The university had made preparations to conduct the examination of the students of session 2021-22 of 169 nursing colleges found eligible in the CBI investigation and 73 deficit (with some deficiencies) nursing colleges.     As per the court’s instructions, preparations for the nursing examination of session 2021-22 have been started. To avoid further delay in these examinations, the working council has already taken a decision in the interest of all the students. Some time was needed for the enrollment process of the students of the remaining colleges. Therefore, the exam dates have been revised. He said that it should be ensured that there is proper arrangement for water drainage in such coaching institutes.

    The Chief Minister said that to ensure that there is no loss of life anywhere in the state, all the collectors should assign responsibilities to the administrative staff in the districts under their leadership. The flood control room should work 24 hours. There should be no lack of coordination. If the army is required anywhere to save people’s lives, the collector should inform on time.

    When the flow is high, traffic should not be allowed on bridges and culverts. In the meeting, the Chief Minister told the Public Works Department officials that safety arrangements should be ensured on such bridges where accidents have happened earlier.

    If water is released from dams, inform the affected districts first. Rescue teams should also be available at such places. Be alert so that there is no loss of life. Officers and employees on control room duty should remain alert 24 hours. Take the services of scouts, guides and charitable organizations as per requirement.     There should be no lack in security of devotees in temples

    The Chief Minister said that a large number of devotees visit temples during the month of Saavan. This should be assessed district-wise.     Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajora said that commissioners of 16 municipal corporations also joined the meeting and they have been asked to inspect coaching institutes, other Dharamshalas and institutions running in the basement.

Its process started on the instructions of the High Court, but the member list could not be prepared, so the elections have been postponed again. The work got affected due to farmers being busy in sowing Kharif crops. In view of this, now preparations are being made to hold elections after the monsoon. It is worth mentioning that the elections of Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Society, District Cooperative Central Bank and Apex Bank were held in the state in the year 2013. Since then, only administrators are posted.

    About 50 lakh farmers are associated with the cooperative societies of the state. There are 4,534 primary agricultural credit cooperative societies in the state. Their elections were held in the year 2013. The tenure of their board of directors was till the year 2018. After this, the government did not conduct elections, due to which elections of the board of directors of the District Cooperative Central Bank and Apex Bank were also not held. Whereas, there is a provision to hold elections every 5 years.

    In case of no elections, an administrator can be appointed first for 6 months and then for a maximum of 1 year, but this period has also passed. Regarding this, the Madhya Pradesh High Court had directed the government to conduct elections for the Primary Agricultural Credit Cooperative Societies. The State Cooperative Election Authority had released the election program in four phases from 26 June to 9 September. In which voting was proposed on 8, 11, 28 August and 4 September, but the election process has not started yet.

    Sources say that the government does not want to hold elections right now, so this is not being given attention. The elections have been postponed citing the membership list not being ready and the farmers being busy sowing Kharif crops. Now these can be held in October-November after the monsoon is over.

    Due to this reason elections got postponed

    Immediately after their election, the then Shivraj government postponed them in view of the assembly elections. After this, the Kamal Nath government, which came to power, extended it due to the Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana and the Lok Sabha elections and appointed administrators in the district banks. Since then these elections have been postponed. Meanwhile, the matter reached the High Court. The High Court gave instructions to conduct the elections, on which the State Cooperative Election Authority also released the program but due to the Lok Sabha elections, these were postponed again.

    There will be no elections for ineligible committees

    Departmental officials say that elections will not be held for those committees which are ineligible for various reasons. This includes institutions declared ineligible for not paying the amount of fertilizers and seeds, irregularities in the procurement of wheat, paddy and other crops or for other reasons.

    Elections on non-party basis but political interference is complete

    The elections of cooperative societies are held on a non-party basis, but political parties have full interference in them. BJP and Congress have cooperative cells, which make all the arrangements for the elections. Congress has also formed a committee for the elections comprising former cooperative minister Bhagwan Singh Yadav, Dr. Govind Singh, former Union minister Arun Yadav and Rajya Sabha member Ashok Singh.

In this, the efforts made in the socio-economic sector in Madhya Pradesh were appreciated. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, Indore’s 500 tonne per day production capacity biofuel plant was presented as a case study, while Ken-Betwa and the converted Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal link project have been mentioned.

    Bhavantar scheme also discussed

    The Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana implemented to ensure fair price of the produce to the farmers has also been discussed. Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, Indore of the state is a role model for the entire country. A biofuel plant with a production capacity of 500 tonnes per day was set up here by the Indore Municipal Corporation in 2021.

    This plant is operated on the basis of public-private partnership on the model of design-build-finance-operate and transfer. It produces about 17 thousand kg of bio-CNG per day. This plant has helped in preventing 1 lakh 30 thousand tonnes of carbon dioxide emission annually.

    The Indore bio-CNG plant has a processing capacity of 400 metric tonnes per day. It processes organic waste, producing 14.8 metric tonnes of bio-CNG and 80 metric tonnes of fermented organic manure per day.

    Apart from this, Ken-Betwa Link Project, Parvati-Kalisindh Chambal Link Project have been mentioned in the survey. Ken-Betwa Link Project is the first project of the country. This project of Rs 39,317 crore will be implemented by the state with the cooperation of Uttar Pradesh and Central Government.

    Madhya Pradesh is among the states that have achieved the target

    The survey mentions the Niti Aayog’s Sustainable Development Goal Index 2023-24 and states that Madhya Pradesh is among the 10 new states that have been ahead in achieving the goals of sustainable development. Due to the shortage of teachers in the government schools of the state, the level of education is falling.

However, even after recruitment on nine thousand posts this year, about 70 thousand posts will remain vacant. At the same time, 18 thousand government schools in the state are being run with the help of one teacher.
