SP Shubham Patel mentioned that Premnarayan Gupta, resident of Unchha Thok Muhal of Sumerpur city, Pradeep Kumar Gupta, resident of Guruguj Muhal and Ashish Kumar Gupta, resident of Nai Basti Sumerpur, have been arrested and arrested 485 baggage of tobacco, 28 baggage of chopped betel nut, 58 baggage of white foil, 34 baggage of wrappers. Including rolls, 8 machines for making unlawful gutka, 2 digital forks, 6 chemical crammed casks, 8 chemically refined drums and different objects value Rs 2 crore have been recovered.
FIR registered towards 13 folks in unlawful enterprise of gutkha
The SP mentioned that Rakesh Gupta, Dinesh Gupta, Munnilal Gupta, Hrithik alias Monu Gupta, Golu alias Atal Gupta, Arvind Kumar Gupta, Sisolar resident Sonu Gupta, Sumerpur resident Laddu Gopal Gupta, Jagat Babu Gupta and Aditya Gupta are absconding, the SP mentioned. The SP mentioned that the officers of the Food Security Department and the Commercial Tax Department have taken samples of the recovered items after reaching the spot concerning unlawful gutkha and different objects recovered within the raid.
