The highest share of job positing for freshers, as in May 2023, was by the recruitment/staffing enterprise, adopted by the IT enterprise, a report launched by foundit (beforehand Monster APAC & ME) on Thursday talked about.
According to experience platform foundit, the recruitment/staffing enterprise share for job postings for freshers was 22 per cent, adopted by IT-Software, Software Services at 19 per cent. Meanwhile, totally different industries which topped the document have been BPO/ITES at 10 per cent, education at 5 per cent and healthcare at 4 per cent share.
The report moreover found that the demand for freshers has elevated by 4 per cent over the past six months.

The report further acknowledged that Bengaluru emerged as the best location for brisker hiring with the very best wage packages. At 12.4 per cent, Bengaluru topped the document, whereas, Mumbai adopted at 12.1 per cent.
Meanwhile, Delhi/NCR, adopted by Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad have been the best locations hiring freshers, the foundit report acknowledged.
