    Naiduniya representative, Indore. Police has taken action under State Security Act (NSA) against four miscreants who broke the glass of vehicles under the influence of alcohol. On Thursday, the Commissioner Court passed an order against the accused and said that all three will have to do duty at a crossroad for three hours every Saturday.

    During the restriction period, one will not be able to consume alcohol and other intoxicants. Banganga police had arrested the accused Dharmendra Kuril (Jaihind Nagar), Nishil Khatri (Chhoti Kumharkhadi), Deepanshu Srivastava (Vrindavan Colony) and Jitendra alias Jeetu Rajput (Yadav Nagar) a few days ago. The accused, under the influence of alcohol, threatened people in Vrindavan Colony and vandalized five vehicles.

    Zone-3 DCP Hansraj Singh had presented the case against the accused in the court of Police Commissioner Rakesh Gupta under the Madhya Pradesh State Security Act, 1990. The court, while hearing the police, passed the order on Thursday under Section 3 (1) (a) (g).

    The court has ordered the four accused to be present at Lavkush Chauraha every Saturday from 6 pm to 9 pm. The court also said that the respondents will not consume alcohol and other intoxicants during the restriction period. The concerned police station in-charge will check on the accused from time to time.

The crime branch team has caught seven interstate bookies who were taking online bets on cricket through the Mahadev Satta app. The bookies were taking bets through a line called Ready Book on the Mahadev Satta app. Hundreds of client IDs have been found from them.

    These bookies have been sent to jail for the first time because an FIR for organised crime was registered against them under Section 112 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, if an FIR was registered under the Gambling Act, they were released from the police station itself, but now the new law has started tightening its grip on such bookies.

    Along with the FIR against these bookies, the first FIR for organised crime was also registered in the city. Till now, no FIR was registered against any gang involved in organised crime.

    There was a report of betting on cricket inside a flat located in the Municipal Corporation multi located in Mahalgaon, City Center. Crime Branch ASP Siyaz KM put Crime Branch in-charge Ajay Pawar and his team on the blockade. The Crime Branch team raided Flat No. 405. Here seven bookies were found betting online on cricket.

    A proper betting call center was being operated from here. Two laptops, 11 mobiles, 10 debit cards, five cheque books, two bank passbooks, two registers and Rs 8590 were recovered from them. Online betting transactions worth lakhs were also found.

Now, in the new law, there is a provision for FIRs in such crimes under the section of organized crime. Therefore, the troubles of the bookies and their helpers will increase.

    After chatting on mobile for several days, he lured the woman into a love affair and eloped with her from her home 15 days ago. First he went to Gwalior and then to Jaipur in Rajasthan, where the woman was kept in a room of an acquaintance and raped for several days. The woman’s missing report was registered at Tentera police station.

    On Monday, the woman returned and told her ordeal to her husband and other in-laws. The police registered a rape case against Lotan Jatav. On Tuesday afternoon, the police caught Lotan Jatav from Kutghan turn of Sabalgarh.

The court wrote in its verdict that if leniency is shown to the rapist, it will not send a good message to the society. During the hearing, the boy changed his statement, yet the court pronounced the above sentence on the basis of evidence. It also recommended giving compensation of Rs. 40,000 to the victim.

    On 23 December 2022, the victim child reached Chandan Nagar Police Station with his relatives. He said that the accused Mohammad Sohail, resident of Indore, had misbehaved. Then he said – he will kill me. Special Judge Surekha Mishra, while passing the verdict in the case, sentenced Mohammad Sohail to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of eight thousand rupees. Special Public Prosecutor Sushila Rathore had argued on behalf of the prosecution.

    Life imprisonment for the person guilty of raping a minor

    The special court has sentenced the accused of raping a minor to life imprisonment. Along with this, a recommendation has also been made to provide compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the victim. On December 14, 2021, the Child Welfare Committee had informed the police that the victim, a resident of Naulakha, had been raped.

District Public Prosecutor Sanjeev Srivastava said that Special Judge (POCSO Act) Savita Jadia sentenced the accused Sonu Karosia to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 4500. Additional District Public Prosecutor Sanjay Meena argued on behalf of the prosecution.

    Bichhua, Naiduniya representative. Last night, a dispute took place between two parties in Ulhawadi village near Bichhua. In which a young man was murdered with a sharp weapon. It is being told that last night again there was a dispute between the two parties regarding some old matter which later turned into a bloody conflict. In this, a young man was murdered.

    On receiving the information, the police immediately admitted the injured to Bicchua Hospital and the doctor present there declared him dead. The name of the deceased is Manish Khedia alias Batla, age about 25 years, resident of Ulhawadi police station Bicchua.

    While one of the accused involved in the murder is still in police custody. There is a possibility of more than one accused in this incident. At present, the police have started investigating the case by establishing a case file.

    The incident took place on the evening of 21st July. SI Balveer Singh said that Mahendra Singh Devda was beaten up at Behpur bus stand over a transaction dispute.

    Devda lodged a complaint at the police station and said that he was beaten with sticks and pipes. According to the information, 22-year-old Pushpendra, son of Vishal Singh Gurjar, a resident of village Divat, was having an affair with a 17-year-old girl of the same caste from the village.

    Meanwhile, when the family members got to know about this, they arranged the engagement of the girl. Pushpendra Gurjar got upset with the engagement of the girl and with the intention of breaking the engagement of the girl, he circulated some objectionable videos of both of them on the internet media. Due to the video being circulated widely, the girl’s engagement got broken.

    After this, the girl’s family reached Amola police station on Sunday and filed a complaint, on the basis of which a case of molestation and rape was registered against Pushpendra. Meanwhile, on Sunday itself, Pushpendra also suddenly disappeared from home. He told his cousin on the phone that Mohan Singh is trying to kill him, he will not leave him.

    When Pushpendra’s elder brother Ravindra Gurjar came to know about this, he searched for Pushpendra a lot but could not find any trace of him. In this sequence, on Tuesday morning, Pushpendra’s body was found hanging from a tree outside the village. Pushpendra’s body was hanging with a towel. Ravindra Gurjar alleges that his brother did not commit suicide but he was murdered.

    Police have recovered the body of the deceased and registered a case

    The relatives of the deceased had not lodged any missing report. His body was found on Tuesday. Further action will be taken on the basis of the postmortem report of the deceased. A girl from the village had lodged an FIR against the deceased two days ago under sections of rape and molestation.
