In response to the government’s GST cuts on cars, Tata Motors has announced price reductions for its entire vehicle range. These price adjustments will take effect on September 22nd, making Tata cars up to ₹1.50 lakh more affordable. The Tata Nexon, a top-selling model, will see the most substantial price decrease, with a reduction of approximately ₹1.55 lakh.

The company clarified that the price cuts for passenger vehicles are designed to fully extend the advantages of the GST reduction to its customers. As a result, from September 22nd, Tata car prices will be reduced by ₹75,000 to ₹1.45 lakh. Shailesh Chandra, MD of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, affirmed that Tata Motors is committed to providing customers with the complete benefits of the GST reduction, consistent with the Prime Minister’s vision, the Finance Minister’s instructions, and the company’s customer-first principles.
