Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has leased a substantial 1.4 million square feet of office space at the 360 Business Park in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The agreement encompasses Towers 5A and 5B, with 680,000 square feet in Tower 5A and 720,000 square feet in Tower 5B. The property is owned by Labzone Electronics City Private Limited, making this one of the largest office space transactions in the city.
The lease is structured in two phases, the first beginning April 1, 2026, and including the ground floor and seven upper floors. The second phase, covering floors eight to thirteen, will begin on August 1, 2026. The company has committed to a 15-year lease term.
