Customers can get detailed information about Apple products, including features, trade-in deals, and financing options, through one-way secure video calls. India is now the second country to offer this service, following the U.S. The service is available from Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 7 PM. To use the service, visit the Apple Store Online, locate the ‘Need a Shopping Help’ option, and then select ‘Ask a Specialist’.
