Bharat1.AI Launches 500,000 Sq Ft AI Superpark for Humanity-First City

In a move to strengthen India’s AI landscape, Bharat1.AI is establishing a ‘Humanity-First AI City’ in Bengaluru. This project features the B1 AI Superpark, a 500,000 sq ft facility in Sarjapur dedicated to AI research and innovation. Collaborating with top-tier academic institutions like IIT Kanpur, BITS Pilani, and IIT Ropar, the park will develop city-scale open-world models using multimodal data. The infrastructure includes 400 Gbps connectivity for sub-millisecond latency. Over the next 36 months, it will evolve into a comprehensive testbed for urban-scale AI. Umakant Soni, Co-founder and CEO, stated that the goal is to build safe AI that respects human values. This development was highlighted during the second day of the India AI Impact Summit 2026, which features over 500 global experts.
