Sigma has just unveiled its latest innovation: the 17-40mm F1.8 DC | Art lens. This new lens is the first of its kind, offering a fixed F1.8 maximum aperture for APS-C cameras. Built for both stills and video, the 17-40mm provides the flexibility of a zoom while delivering prime lens quality. It’s lighter than previous models, and features a compact design. The lens features advanced optics, fast autofocus and a robust build. It launches in July 2025 for L-Mount, Sony E-mount, and Fujifilm X Mount, and August for Canon RF mount.
