A tech professional in Bengaluru has been arrested for allegedly recording a woman within the office toilet area. The individual, Nagesh Swapnil Mali, was employed at Infosys.
The woman reported that she noticed something suspicious near her cubicle and found Mali allegedly filming her. She raised an alarm, drawing the attention of other staff members. The HR department subsequently deleted the video from Mali’s mobile phone, in the presence of the woman who had reported the incident.
