Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit’s on-screen partnership created cinematic magic in several films, becoming a top pairing during the 90s. Their movies were consistently successful at the box office. At a song launch, a renowned actor, whom Salman Khan reveres, made a lighthearted mistake, referring to Salman as Madhuri Dixit’s son.

Their films were always eagerly awaited by fans. A key collaboration was ‘Dil Tera Aashiq,’ which was released on October 22, 1993. The film was directed by Lawrence D’Souza and starred Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit, alongside Anupam Kher, Shakti Kapoor, and Kader Khan.

A memorable incident occurred during the title song launch of ‘Dil Tera Aashiq,’ eliciting laughter. The event included the star cast, singer Alka Yagnik, and veteran actor Dharmendra. During the song launch, Dharmendra was engaging with the audience.

Dharmendra praised Madhuri Dixit, calling her ‘our world-class Madhuri Dixit.’ When he tried to praise Salman, he unintentionally said, ‘their son Suleiman.’ This caused immediate laughter. Dharmendra quickly corrected himself and apologized to Salman.

Salman Khan stopped him from apologizing and embraced him. The songs of ‘Dil Tera Aashiq’ were well received by the audience. The lyrics were penned by Sameer. The film, produced by Rakesh Nath, was a commercial success. The title song, ‘Dil Tera Aashiq,’ featured Alka Yagnik and Kumar Sanu.
