    Feroz Khan was a prominent figure in Bollywood, excelling as an actor, director, and producer. His career started with acting in ‘Deedi’ in 1960, and he later directed ‘Apradh’ in 1971. His career was notable. Feroz Khan’s final film, ‘Welcome’ (2007), remains a testament to his contribution.

    Feroz Khan, born in Bangalore on August 25, 1939, passed away in 2009 at 69. Despite not being the main character in ‘Welcome,’ his performance and iconic dialogues were highly memorable. The film’s success was significantly impacted by the performances of four other actors.

    ‘Welcome,’ directed by Anees Bazmee, with Firoz A. Nadiadwala as the producer, was released on December 21, 2007. The film’s music was composed by Anand Raj, Himesh Reshammiya, and Sajid-Wajid. Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar, Anil Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal showcased exceptional talent. Feroz Khan’s role as RDX, and his famous line ‘Abhi hum zinda hain,’ were widely recognized.

    The film also featured the hit song ‘Insha Allah,’ which included Feroz Khan’s dancing. He contributed significantly to the comedy in the film. ‘Welcome’ was his final appearance on screen. His last film brought much laughter and joy to the audience, and the film remained a topic of discussion long after his death.

    The story features two dons (Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor), overseen by RDX (Feroz Khan). It explores the love story of Sanjana (Katrina Kaif) and Rajiv (Akshay Kumar), and the revelation of Sanjana’s family’s criminal background. The film’s narrative is available on Amazon Prime Video. The film ‘Welcome’ had a budget of 48 crore, and its worldwide collection amounted to 119.50 crore.
