Pratapgarh. A case of sexual harassment of a female teacher has come to light. Where a sub-inspector has committed this heinous act. After the case came to light, there was a stir in the police department. The SI has been arrested after the allegations of sexual harassment leveled by the female teacher.

Giving information about the case, a police officer said that the 30-year-old teacher lives in Lalganj. ‘On the day of the incident, she was going to Lalganj by tempo, when Sub-Inspector Ram Kewal boarded it and started harassing her. When she protested, he threatened the woman.’

The accused policeman in the case has been suspended. He was under the influence of alcohol when he sexually assaulted the woman. A case has been registered against the accused and further investigation is being carried out. The arrested accused policeman was posted at Nawabganj police station.
