    Bodybuilder Death: World famous bodybuilder Ilya Golem’ Yefimchyk died of a heart attack. He was only 36 years old. He was famous as the world’s largest bodybuilder. According to media reports, Belarus’ Ilya ‘Golem’ Yefimchyk had a heart attack on September 6, after which he was admitted to the hospital. During this time he went into a coma and died on September 11.

    Ilya Yefimchik’s wife Anna said that her husband was taken to the hospital by helicopter after he suffered a heart attack. Ilya Yefimchik was very popular on social media and was also called “The Mutant”. Although he never participated in professional bodybuilding competitions, he shared videos showing his physical abilities on his social media accounts.

    He ate seven meals a day, consuming 16,500 calories, including a 2.5 kg steak and 108 pieces of sushi. He weighed 340 pounds, and was 6 feet 1 inch tall. He had a chest size of 61 inches and biceps size of 25 inches.

    Ilya Yefimchik’s life and achievements were inspiring. He weighed only 70 kilograms in school and couldn’t even do push-ups. But inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, he brought about a huge change in his physical condition. He once said, “My transformation is the result of years of hard training and discipline, as well as a deep understanding of exercise physiology and nutrition.”

    The death of Ilya ‘Golem’ Yefimchik has left a huge grief in the bodybuilding and fitness community. His followers and fans will always remember his inspiration and contribution.
