    Shopping continued till late night in the markets including Chowk and New Market. The business in the city is estimated to be more than Rs 500 crore. The market sparkled with the tinkling of gold and silver coins on the auspicious occasion.

    Navdunia Representative, Bhopal. On the auspicious occasion of Guru Pushya Nakshatra, people gathered in the markets for shopping. Every year this Pushya Nakshatra comes before Diwali. In this, starting new work and shopping is considered very auspicious. Due to this, the city residents came out of their homes and bought gold and silver jewellery, cars, motorcycles, mopeds and other types of vehicles in the markets.

    Shopping continued in the markets from 10 am to late night. Businessmen from different sectors estimated a business of more than Rs 500 crore in the city on Pushya Nakshatra. Separate employees were deployed. With this, customers can make purchases at auspicious time without any hassle.

    The market sparkled with the tinkling of gold and silver coins

    There was heavy rain of money in the market on Pushya Nakshatra. Due to auspicious time in Pushya Nakshatra for two days, shopping took place throughout the day on Thursday. Shopping will happen till 1 pm on Friday. Bullion trader Manish Soni said that despite the rising prices of gold and silver, the interest of customers has not decreased, rather people have now shown even more interest in buying jewellery. People also bought as investments. Attractive coupons were given on purchase of Rs 10000 in gold and Rs 5000 in silver. Also, 45 percent discount was given on making charges in gold. The turnover was estimated at around Rs 150 crore.

    Real estate business also smiled on Pushya Nakshatra, which this boom will smile till Diwali. There will be sale of houses and plots for two days during Pushya Nakshatra. According to an estimate, the business in real estate was estimated to be around Rs 125 crore. While small houses cost up to ten lakhs, big houses also cost more than one crore. Builders’ housing fairs were organized in the capital. Arrangements were also made to bring them to and from the project.

    Boom in automobile sector

    Due to Pushya Nakshatra being very auspicious for purchasing vehicles, vehicles were sold on the same lines as on Dhanteras. The turnover was estimated at more than Rs 80 crore. Anil Jat, relationship manager of Daga Motors, said that advance booking of cars is very high. There is a growth of more than 40 percent in the automobile sector.

    Other electronic items including mobiles were sold

    Electronics sector also shone due to the auspicious conjunction of Guru Pushya Nakshatra. Customers took advantage of finance schemes, credit cards and cashback at electronics showrooms. Washing machines, ACs, air purifiers, water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, geysers, fans, mixers, refrigerators, LEDs, home theaters including mobiles were sold in the market. A turnover of Rs 90 crore was expected in the electronics sector.
