Thus, most Congress leaders remained lukewarm to SC granting interim bail to the CM in a case. But Kejriwal’s lawyer Abhishek Singhvi, a leading Congress spokesman and a prospective candidate for a Rajya Sabha seat, hailed Kejriwal’s interim bail and criticised CBI for arresting the CM in the same case. Some Congress campers tried to reason this mismatch by saying that the tribe of politician lawyers tend to pick clients randomly as these lawyers get cultivated by various parties in the season of growing highprofile cases involving leaders.
