Kissa Kursi Ka…But No CounterpointCongress leader Sushil Kumar Shinde recently claimed that the late Congressman Vilasrao Deshmukh once tried to dethrone the then CM Sharad Pawar. Shinde, the then Maharashtra Congress chief, claimed that Deshmukh surreptitiously made him sign a document, calling for Pawar’s removal as the CM. With Pawar on the stage, Shinde claimed that Pawar could not believe ’till the end’ how a ‘smart’ person like him could get trapped in such a way. During a recent event, Raj revealed that he once wanted to quit politics and get into film production, but his film producer friend Sajid Nadiadwala advised him to stay in politics. Raj said that he was once very frustrated in Shiv Sena (when he was in the party and Uddhav Thackeray had begun leading it). The MNS chief said that Sajid told him that being a film producer was a very tough task and that ‘he would not be able to see Raj do what he does’.Kejriwal Set to Shift to a New BungalowAAP chief Arvind Kejriwal will move into bungalow number 5 on Ferozeshah Road in Lutyens’ Delhi on Friday, days after he resigned from the chief minister’s post. The bungalow is close to AAP headquarters and was officially allotted to the party’s Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab, Ashok Mittal. Earlier in the day, former deputy CM Manish Sisodia shifted to a bungalow on Rajendra Prasad Road. The house is the official residence of AAP Rajya Sabha MP Harbhajan Singh, party leaders said.
