According to the information, the whole matter is from Dhampur of Bijnor. Where some youth were seen creating ruckus in the name of Holi. Forced paint on a Muslim family riding a bike. Many people also poured water on the family. The woman also protested, yet the hoodlums forcibly applied the colour.
After the video surfaced, the police, on the basis of CCTV footage, arrested four people including three child molesters who had misbehaved with the family. Based on the complaint of the victim's family, a case of forced coloring and indecency was registered. SP Neeraj Jadaun had given instructions to Dhampur CO Sarvam Singh to investigate the matter and take action. The SP had said in the instructions to identify those who forcibly apply colors and take strict action against them.
