    There was a robbery at a farmer’s house in Godna on October 10. The miscreants were identified from the CCTV footage, 6 arrested. The robbery was done by the partner’s friend for not paying the installment.

    Naiduniya representative, Dewas: Police has got success in the robbery that took place at the house of a farmer and grain trader family about a week ago in Godna of Kantaphod police station area. Six miscreants involved in the crime have been caught while many of their associates are absconding and the team is searching for them. The robbery was carried out by the complainant’s friend Sureshchandra Tota, who had purchased tractors and JCBs in partnership, but was stuck in debt due to Santosh not paying the installments.

    Robbery on 10th October

    Late night of 10th October, about half a dozen miscreants broke the door of Santosh Rathore’s house in Godna and entered inside and started beating Santosh, his mother, wife and child. Some associates of the miscreants kept pelting stones from outside. The miscreants stole about Rs 1.5 lakh in cash and gold and silver jewelery from the house and ran away.

    Somehow Santosh climbed to the top of the house with the help of a ladder and made noise and informed the people nearby. After this the injured were taken to the nearest hospital, from where they were referred. In the case, Kantafod police had booked unknown miscreants under sections of robbery, robbery and other charges.

    The robbery was done after racking up

    During investigation, the police found out that some suspicious people had moved towards village Jinwani. After this, CCTV cameras were checked, in which suspects were seen. It was also revealed that some people from Tanda Dhar had come to the area. After this, the suspect Shankar Singh, resident of village Ariya Halmuqam Shyamnagar Chapra, was taken into custody and interrogated.

    Information was received about Rs 30-35 lakh in cash.

    During interrogation, accused Shankar Singh told the police that Dinesh Bhil of his community, resident of village Neemgoya, had brought Santosh Nayak with him. He told that Santosh Rathore has cash and jewelery worth Rs 30-35 lakh in Godna. After this, Shankar informed his relative Dilip Singar resident of Khedri Tanda Dhar and asked him to prepare a team for the crime.

    After this, Shankar sent his acquaintance Manu Bhil resident Chansia Hatpipalya to Santosh Nayak in Bagli where he met Dinesh Singar. After this, the incident was carried out by racketeering. During investigation, it was also revealed that the miscreants had stayed at the house of school peon Suresh Tota before the incident.

    These criminals were arrested

    According to the police, the accused Shankar Bhil resident Ariya, Manu Bhil resident Chansia, Santosh Nayak resident Neemgoya, Ajay Rathore resident Forest Colony Bagli, Dinesh Deora resident Neemgoya, Sureshchandra Tota resident Godna have been arrested. The team is engaged in search of accused Dinesh Singar resident of Khedri Dhar and his associates.
