Traffic Police Officers Targeted in Ranchi: Auto Drivers Involved in Assault

Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, witnessed a brazen attack on traffic police personnel by auto-rickshaw drivers. The incident took place in the Kathal Mod area, under the jurisdiction of the Nagri police station. A video of the assault, which has spread rapidly on social media, reveals the violent actions of the auto drivers. Reports indicate that the attackers used stones, causing serious injuries to one of the officers, Rohit Ganjhu, who is currently receiving medical treatment at RIMS hospital in Ranchi. The police are investigating the incident and are actively pursuing the individuals involved in the assault.
