    Raipur, a training program on digital productivity enhancement and AI integration was organized at Triple-IT in Nava Raipur. This program was organized on the initiative of the state government to train the officers and employees posted in the ministry on the latest technologies and applications of IT and AI with the aim of increasing the speed and efficiency of administrative work. The chief guest of the program was Mr. Avinash Champawat, Secretary, General Administration Department, the special guest was Mr. Rahul Bhagat, Secretary, Department of Good Governance and Convergence and Secretary to the Chief Minister, while the program was presided over by Professor Dr. O.P. Vyas, Director, Triple-IT.

    In the training program, the participating officers and employees were given detailed discussions on promoting digital productivity to strengthen responsible administration. On the first day, the participants were trained on advanced features of MS Word, Google Docs, Excel and Google Sheets, as well as the use of data modeling.

    Mr. Avinash Champawat, Secretary, General Administration Department, in his address said that skill upgradation is a continuous process, which enhances both personality and work culture. He described AI-based training as a milestone in the capacity building of employees and urged the participants to take full advantage of it.

    Mr. Rahul Bhagat, Secretary, Department of Good Governance and Convergence, while highlighting the role of technology in citizen-centric governance, said that AI tools play an important role in increasing government efficiency. Citing the example of the e-office system, he said that effective use of technology can make governance more transparent and accountable.

    Professor Dr. O.P. Vyas, Director, Triple-IT, while addressing the workshop, said that we have to be aware and vigilant to use AI smartly. Starting with the practical applications of AI, the habit of continuous learning will make us more friendly with AI. He said that data security is extremely necessary, so we should not give sensitive information to AI so that it is not misused in the public domain.

    Prof. K. G. Srinivas assured that this training will be of high quality and result-oriented. More than 100 officers and employees of General Administration, Home and other departments participated in the first phase of this training. This training is being conducted from September 24 to October 25, 2025.
