TVS Motor Company has introduced the TVS NTORQ 150, a new scooter that sets a new standard in the hyper sport category. Featuring a design inspired by stealth aircraft and equipped with a 149.7cc race-tuned engine, the NTORQ 150 combines high performance with a sporty look and advanced technology. The scooter is aimed at the new generation of riders and is available at a starting price of ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom, all India). The top TFT model also costs ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom).
The NTORQ 150 includes distinctive features like multi-point projector headlamps, aerodynamic winglets, color-coordinated alloy wheels, and a signature muffler sound. Its high-resolution TFT cluster provides over 50 smart features, including Alexa and smartwatch integration, live tracking, navigation capabilities, and OTA updates, making it a standout in its segment.
Performance Capabilities:
The TVS NTORQ 150 is powered by a 149.7cc air-cooled O3CTech engine, which delivers 13.2 PS of power at 7000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm. The scooter accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 6.3 seconds, achieving a top speed of 104 km/h, making it the fastest in its class.

The scooter’s design is influenced by stealth aircraft, with multi-point projector headlamps and sporty tail lamps contributing to its unique aesthetic. It also features aerodynamic winglets, jet-inspired vents, and a signature muffler sound. Other design elements include naked handlebars, color-matched alloy wheels, and sport-tuned suspension. A signature T tail lamp and a gaming console-inspired TFT display add a touch of modernity. Equipped with TVS SmartXonnect, the high-resolution TFT cluster offers 50+ features, including Alexa and smartwatch integration, turn-by-turn navigation, vehicle tracking, and the last parked location. Further features include call/message/social media alerts, two ride modes, OTA updates, and custom widgets.
Safety and Practical Features:
Safety is enhanced with the inclusion of ABS and traction control, which is a first in this segment. The NTORQ 150 also incorporates a crash and theft alert system, hazard lamps, and emergency brake warning. Additional safety features include follow-me headlamps, telescopic suspension, and adjustable brake levers. Practical elements such as a patented E-Z center stand and 22 liters of under-seat storage are also included. In the Indian market, the TVS NTORQ 150 will compete with models like the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Hero Xoom 160.
