TVS is expanding its range of special editions with the Raider 125cc bike, following the success of the N Torq and previous Raider variants. The goal is to target Gen Z users by offering a motorcycle with a blend of style, performance, and technology, which gives it a competitive advantage in the 125cc market.
The new Raider Super Squad editions showcase dynamic decals and graphics inspired by popular Marvel characters. These designs build upon the earlier Iron Man and Black Panther-inspired Raider editions from 2023, making the Raider the first motorcycle in India with Marvel-themed variants. The designs are intended to appeal to young riders looking for motorcycles that reflect their individuality and attitude.
At its core, the bike uses a 124.88cc, 3-valve engine that produces best-in-class torque of 11.75 Nm @ 6000 RPM, providing a balance between performance and efficiency. The bike has iGO assist with Boost mode for increased acceleration and GTT Glide Through Technology for enhanced low-speed rideability and fuel economy.
The Raider SSE features a fully connected reverse LCD cluster with over 85 features designed to engage tech-savvy riders, including ride analytics, navigation assistance, and call/SMS alerts.
