Madhya Pradesh:- The government has taken a big decision to provide relief to the unemployed youth of the state and increase employment opportunities in government services. The state government has announced direct recruitment to a total of two and a half lakh posts in the next 5 years. This recruitment process will be done under a formula fixed every year, which will ensure appointment to some posts every year. This step of the government will give lakhs of youth a chance to get a government job and it can prove to be a major step to improve the employment situation in the state. This recruitment process will not be limited to only one or two departments.

According to the state government, appointments will be made for various departments and services in these 5 years, including education, health, police, administration, panchayat, forest department, irrigation, municipal corporation, water resources and many other important departments. This will remove the shortage of employees in different regions of the state and will also improve efficiency.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, reacting to this decision, said that our government is working on young-interest policies. Through this recruitment process, we will provide opportunities to the youth of the state, so that they can ensure their participation in government services. We want more and more eligible candidates to get place in government services and the administration and service sector of Madhya Pradesh should be strong.
