Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai held a crucial video conference with district collectors and divisional commissioners to review the progress of government schemes and issue directives aimed at improving administrative efficiency and citizen services. The meeting, conducted from the Mahanadi Bhawan Ministry in Nava Raipur, involved a detailed assessment of development initiatives across all districts. The Chief Minister conducted a thorough district-wise review, examining the status of various land-related cases, including name transfers, property divisions, record corrections, and land acquisition processes. A key focus of the meeting was the need to reduce the number of hearings to ease the burden on citizens and to ensure timely resolution of issues. The Chief Minister stressed the importance of delivering justice without delay to maintain public trust in the government. Officials were instructed to ensure that cases are resolved promptly and fairly. Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Subodh Kumar Singh, directed that all revenue cases be registered in e-Courts for efficient monitoring and tracking. The focus was on maintaining accurate records. The Chief Minister underscored the importance of land acquisition for the timely completion of national highway projects. Collectors were urged to expedite land acquisition and compensation distribution processes. In the Bastar division, priority was given to the completion of land acquisition and compensation related to infrastructure projects, including roads, railways, and mobile towers. The Chief Minister emphasized the state government’s commitment to transparency and accountability in revenue administration. He instructed officials to ensure the timely and equitable resolution of cases. The Chief Minister also directed officials to expedite farmer registration and the completion of digital crop surveys. The meeting also addressed preparations for the 25th-anniversary celebrations of Chhattisgarh’s formation, which will be marked by a 25-week long silver jubilee celebration. Collectors were directed to organize public engagement events and ensure wide publicity. The Seva Pakhwada (Service Fortnight) will be held from September 17th to October 2nd, as part of the celebrations, with various public service programs. The meeting was attended by senior officials, including the Chief Secretary, Secretaries, and heads of various departments.
