Vivo is set to expand its smartphone lineup with the X300 and X300 Pro models. The phones are expected to launch in China in October. While an official India launch date has not been announced, details about the expected features and pricing have been revealed. The X300 series could be the first to utilize MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset. While not officially confirmed, the anticipated launch date in China for the X300 and X300 Pro is October 13. The X300 is expected to have a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ panel, serving as the successor to the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. The 6.67-inch variant is being discontinued. The X300 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch display. Details regarding the refresh rate and brightness have not been disclosed. Both models will have a 50MP front-facing camera. The standard X300 is rumored to have a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, and a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera. The X300 Pro is rumored to have a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide shooter. Both phones will run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 15.
