The attackers suffered injuries in their hands and legs. The police took all four to the incident site and held their ears and apologized. Faltering, the accused said that they will eat after working hard and will not use knives.

    According to TI Neeraj Birthare, a case was registered on the complaint of Sundrel Bhikangaon, resident of Lal Singh Darbar Loharia.

    Lal Singh told the police that he had brought coconuts to the market in a truck (MP 09HH 4061). Driver Khuman Singh was sleeping in the truck. The four accused had come to commit theft at around 3.30 in the night.

    When Khuman and Lal Singh challenged, the accused started arguing. Then the security personnel of Choithram vegetable market also got up and came. One of the accused was caught by the guard but he attacked him.

    When the driver and cleaner went to save him, the accused also attacked the driver and ran away. According to TI, the arrested accused also have criminal records.
