    Delhi-NCR saw rainfall on Wednesday, breaking a 10-day dry spell and bringing a pleasant change. The rain has led to a slight decrease in temperatures. The Meteorological Department has issued a new forecast, predicting generally cloudy skies and light rain in Delhi today. Similar conditions are expected tomorrow, with cloudy skies and the possibility of light showers. The maximum temperature today is expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 25 degrees Celsius. Tomorrow, the maximum temperature is forecast to be 34 degrees Celsius, and the minimum 24 degrees Celsius. Partly cloudy conditions are expected on the 20th, with clear weather anticipated until the 23rd.

    In Uttar Pradesh, the weather department predicts rain in many areas of the western and eastern parts of the state today. There is a potential for heavy rainfall in parts of eastern UP, along with the possibility of thunderstorms and lightning. The department does not anticipate any heavy rainfall in the state from September 19th to 23rd.

    A heavy rain alert has been issued for several districts in Bihar today, including Buxar, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Kaimur, Bhojpur, Madhubani, and Darbhanga. The forecast also includes the possibility of lightning and thunderstorms in various districts.

    A yellow alert has been issued for nearly all districts in Jharkhand. Heavy rainfall is also expected in West Bengal. Furthermore, rain is possible in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan, with Rajasthan having a lower chance of rain according to the weather department.

    Regarding the mountains, Uttarakhand may again experience heavy rainfall. The weather department has issued an alert for Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Chamoli, Champawat, and Nainital. In Himachal Pradesh, the likelihood of rain today is low.
