Dacoit’s accomplice caught from Chounda toll plaza near Morena. Bhanwarpura police station team and crime branch have taken joint action. The accused had grown beard to disguise himself, appeared in the court.
Naiduniya Representative, Gwalior. Dacoit Gudda Gurjar’s associate Kalli Gurjar has been caught near Chhonda Toll Plaza on Morena Road. The team of Crime Branch and Bhanwarpura police station has arrested him. He was dodging the police for about two years. He had disguised himself to escape from the police. He had grown his beard so that he could not be recognised. He has been produced in the court and taken on remand.
Dacoit Gudda Gurjar, who had become a headache for the police in Rajasthan including Gwalior and Chambal region, was caught in an encounter by the Gwalior Police team. His companion Kalli Gurjar had fled from the spot. The search for him was going on. A reward of three thousand rupees was also announced on him by Gwalior Police. ASP Siyaz KM said that information was received from the informer that he was going to pass near Chhoda toll.
Coming to a relative’s place in Gwalior. It was also learned from the informant that he had grown a beard so that he could dodge the police. After this, crime branch in-charge Ajay Pawar, Bhanwarpura police station in-charge Deepak Bhadauria and their team were put under siege.
He was arrested near Chhonda toll. He told during interrogation that he was living in different villages of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gwalior and Chambal region. The police is preparing the list of his helpers.
Magistrate caught 35 tickets in checking, fined Rs 15,000
Magistrate checking was done at Gwalior railway station on Saturday. For four hours, RPF and GRP personnel along with CTI squad of Railways checked all four platforms of the station and also the running trains. During this period, 35 passengers present at the station without platform and travel tickets were caught.
A fine of Rs 15265 was collected from these passengers. On Saturday, the passengers were surprised to see the heavy force and the magistrate at the station. Railway Protection Force along with Chief Ticket Inspector Rajesh Yadav, DK Sharma, Narendra Kaushik, Sanjeev Srivastava, KP Armo were present in the investigation.
