All flights throughout US grounded as a result of technical glitch: Report

By India Today Web Desk: All flights throughout the United States have been grounded following a technical glitch, as per stories by US media. The Federal Aviation Administration mentioned it’s ‘experiencing an outage that’s impacting the replace of NOTAMS’ and that ‘all flights are unable to be launched right now’

The FAA system that alerts pilots and different flight personnel about hazards or any modifications to airport facility companies and related procedures was not processing up to date data, the regulator’s web site confirmed on Wednesday.

Over 400 flights had been delayed inside, into, or out of the United States as of Wednesday 5.31 am ET (4:01 pm IST), flight monitoring web site FlightAware confirmed. It was not instantly clear if the outage was an element.
