Cab driver in Singapore shouts at lady, baby assuming them to be Indian

A Chinese Singaporean cab driver was caught on digital camera abusing a girl and her daughter, assuming them to be Indian. According to the lady, a Eurasian, the cab driver informed her, “You are Indian, you are stupid”.

The incident occurred on Saturday after the lady booked a experience on Tada, a cab-booking app. Janelle Hoeden (46) was along with her nine-year-old daughter contained in the cab, reported The Straits Times, a neighborhood every day.

The driver then began shouting on the lady, saying, “You are Indian(n), I’m Chinese…You are the very worst kind.” Hoeden then informed the cab driver that she’s not Indian however Singapore Eurasian.

Janelle Hoeden stated the cab driver’s behaviour was “unacceptable” whether or not she has “tanned skin, or Indian, or otherwise.”
