Fear and Insecurity: Muslims in France Express Concerns About Their Future

The survey reveals a climate of fear and insecurity among Muslims in France. According to the findings, 51% of Muslims live in fear of attacks due to their religious identity. This fear is even more pronounced among women who wear the hijab, with 66% expressing this concern. The future outlook also appears bleak, with 75% of Muslims anticipating an increase in hatred. Furthermore, 64% expressed fears of restrictions on religious freedom. Among women who wear the hijab, 81% believe that further restrictions and stricter measures will be imposed on them.
