Four Pakistan Army personnel had been killed when a army helicopter crashed throughout a casualty evacuation on account of technical causes in Gilgit-Baltistan, the military stated on Sunday.
The chopper crashed in Minimarg space of Astore district on Saturday night, the military stated in an announcement.
It was transporting the physique of a soldier to the army hospital in Skardu.
The pilot, co-pilot and two troopers had been killed within the accident, the assertion stated, including that the crash occurred on account of technical causes.
Gilgit-Baltistan Information Minister Fatullah Khan has expressed deep sorrow over the tragedy.
