Haryana Election 2024: Congress has released its third list of candidates for the Haryana assembly elections. The party has announced the names of 9 candidates in its second list. These include the name of Brijendra Singh, son of former Union Minister Bijender Singh, Brijendra Singh is a former BJP MP from Hisar Lok Sabha seat. In the Lok Sabha elections held this year, he left the BJP and joined the Congress but he did not get a ticket then. Now for the assembly elections, the party has chosen him as its candidate from Uchana Kalan seat.

Let us tell you that Congress has announced 41 candidates so far. Earlier, Congress had released 2 lists on 6 September. In the first list, 31 candidates including 27 MLAs and in the second list, one MLA was given ticket. Apart from wrestler Vinesh Phogat, the big faces included former CM Bhupendra Hooda, Surendra Panwar, Dharam Singh Choukkar, Rao Dan Singh, who is trapped in ED case, and MLA Maman Khan, accused of Nuh violence.
