Trump had declared a ‘complete and total’ ceasefire, expected to begin within six hours. The IDF confirmed the missile launch on X. Simultaneously, reports emerged of Israeli strikes in various locations within Iran, soon after Trump’s announcement. Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi countered Trump’s assertions, stating that no ceasefire agreement existed. He added that military actions would persist until a later decision was made. Araghchi highlighted that Iran’s actions were in response to Israeli aggression and that the cessation of Iranian military operations would depend on Israel ending its aggression.
