By India Today Web Desk: An Iranian was allegedly shot lifeless by safety forces for celebrating the elimination of the Iran soccer staff from the FIFA World Cup being performed in Qatar.
Mehran Samak, 27, was shot lifeless after honking his automotive horn in Bandar Anzali, in response to human rights activists.
Samak was allegedly celebrating the lack of the Iranian soccer staff to the US, which eradicated Iran from the event.
