Israeli forces kill Hamas man, Israeli policeman killed throughout assault
Israeli troops killed a Palestinian throughout an arrest raid within the occupied West Bank that touched off clashes with gunmen on Monday.

By Reuters: Israeli troops killed a Palestinian throughout an arrest raid within the occupied West Bank that touched off clashes with gunmen on Monday, and an Israeli border policeman died after he was shot by a safety guard attempting to thwart a Palestinian attacker.
The West Bank has seen violence simmer for months amid deadlocked Israeli-Palestinian diplomacy, stirring concern amongst overseas mediators over a potential unfold to Gaza, whose Islamist Hamas rulers have principally held their fireplace since a May 2021 conflict.
The Israeli military stated troops entered Nablus, amongst flashpoint northern West Bank areas which were a spotlight of its current raids, to detain militants. The troopers exchanged fireplace with gunmen throughout the raid, it stated.

The Den of Lions militant group stated it had ambushed the troops. Palestinian medical officers stated a 21-year-old man was killed. Hamas claimed him as a member with out saying whether or not he took half within the preventing. There have been no Israeli casualties.
In a separate incident at a checkpoint close to Shuafat, a Palestinian refugee camp on the outskirts of Jerusalem, a Palestinian attacker stabbed an Israeli border police officer, police stated in a press release.
An Israeli civilian safety guard on the scene shot on the attacker, hitting by mistake the officer, who later died of his wounds, the police stated. The attacker was arrested.
