Japan will begin preparations to carry ‘two-plus-two’ talks between its overseas and defence ministers and their Indian counterparts as quickly as early September, the Nikkei reported on Thursday.
Japan is making ready to host the diplomatic talks in Tokyo, the report stated.
The solely different time the ‘two-plus-two’ talks between Japan and India occurred was in 2019, when the 2 nations adopted a joint assertion saying they’ll conduct coordinated army drills, in line with the Nikkei.
