Missing Indian climber Anurag Maloo found alive in very important state of affairs on Nepal’s Mount Annapurna

By India Today World Desk: Indian climber Anurag Maloo, who went missing on Monday after falling proper right into a deep crevasse on Nepal’s Mount Annapurna, has been found alive in very important state of affairs by rescuers, his brother was quoted by data firm PTI as saying.

Anurag Maloo, a 34-year-old Indian entrepreneur and expert climber, went missing on Monday. Maloo fell proper right into a crevasse beneath Camp III whereas getting back from Camp IV on Monday. Mount Annapurna is the tenth highest mountain on the planet.

“He is found alive. He has been taken to the hospital in critical condition, but he is still alive. We will have to shift our focus towards the medical side now,” Sudhir, his brother said.

Maloo hails from Kishangarh in Rajasthan and has been awarded REX Karamveer Chakra. He refers to himself as a “Mountain-preneur” on his LinkedIn profile and is at current the Regional Director (Asia-Pacific) and a VP at Seedstars. Maloo is an expert climber who scaled Mount Ama Dablam last 12 months and had plans to scale Mount Everest, Annapurna, and Lhotse in Nepal this season.

Maloo is on a mission to climb all 14 peaks above 8,000 metres and the seven highest components in all seven continents to create consciousness and drive movement in course of achieving the UN Global Goals.
