NATO fears Russia may hit its submarine cables in European Union

The bloc’s assistant secretary fundamental for intelligence and security, David Cutler, talked about that Russia is mapping important allied infrastructure every on land and underwater.
“This is how Moscow is preparing for strikes against submarine targets in Europe and North America. Russian military and special services take part in the operation,” he claimed.
