In a viral video, Haq explicitly claimed that Pakistan has executed strikes “from the Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir.” His remarks appear to reference the November 10 car bombing near Delhi’s Red Fort, which killed 14 individuals, and the April massacre of 26 tourists in the Baisaran Valley of Jammu and Kashmir. Haq articulated this as a deliberate policy, stating, ‘I earlier said that if you keep bleeding Balochistan, we’ll hit India from Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir. By the grace of Allah, we’ve done it.’ He further implied that the attackers were still accounting for victims in Delhi, underscoring Pakistan’s supposed role in sponsoring cross-border violence.
