Police: 2 harm in Wisconsin mall taking pictures, suspect on free

Police have been known as to the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute, a suburb of Appleton, at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
Grand Chute Police Officer Travis Waas stated two folks have been injured within the taking pictures. He stated the shooter left the mall earlier than officers arrived.
