Putin meets Kim Jong Un, says will assist North Korea construct satellites

President Vladimir Putin shook fingers with a beaming North Korean chief Kim Jong Un on the Vostochny Cosmodrome on Wednesday, photos launched by the Kremlin confirmed, kicking off a gathering that might see the internationally remoted leaders forge an arms deal. Accompanied by an entourage that prompt a powerful navy focus for the summit, the North Korean chief travelled overland to Russia in his bullet-proof practice, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported. While Kim was overseas, North Korea fired two ballistic missiles on Wednesday, the South Korean navy mentioned, the newest in a string of sanctions-busting assessments. Kim thanked Putin for inviting him to go to, regardless of the Russian chief’s “busy schedule”, having earlier confused the journey — his first post-pandemic international journey — confirmed North Korea was “prioritising the strategic importance” of its Russia ties.
