Russians withdrawing from key place in southern Ukraine
Russia’s navy has introduced that it’s withdrawing from the western financial institution of the Dnieper River in Ukraine’s southern Kherson area, annexed by Moscow in September.
The high Russian navy commander in Ukraine, Gen.
